Very nice manager. Relatively small rv park surrounded by beautiful scenery, a fishing and rowing lake, and nice picnic facilities. We stayed a week as we are on a heritage tour and wanted to explore the local area in detail. For most of the time we were the only camper here (they just reopened right before we got here). I would think this would be a great destination for a family. No complaints f...

Great access to Greenville area. Feels very remote from a metropolitan region however. In-Park roads are tight but passable in 36 ft motorhome with a toad. Site 2 requires some boards to get unit level

Very clean grounds with exceptional Camp Hosts! There are plenty of play areas for children (including a couple small playgrounds, basketball area, etc), dog park for dogs of all sizes that looked to be well taken care of and cleaned up. Strict leash rules were much appreciated, along with doggie waste bags conveniently stationed and plentifully stocked.Their laundromat is outside the gated area a...

Stayed in a space between the river and the Lake, (lake to the front and River to the back. The fishing was excellent, My 5 year old granddaughter caught a 18 inch 2 pound Trout in the lake on literally a Mickey Mouse Fishing Pole. We had a great time. We had to check in late but they had everything ready. Customer service was great and all hookups worked great. The wifi was not good but the Cell ...

Awesome place, great staff and excellent location. The park is small (RV sites) but well worth the stay. We stayed up front in #3 and really didn’t have an issue with traffic. Absolutely love that the Staff patrols the grounds and keeps non-park traffic away from key river areas and the park amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This park gets top accolades in two areas... customer service and cleanliness. Overall, it was a very nice setting. The spaces are nested under cottonwood trees (we were there during the cottonwood bloom, which had it snowing cotton on us for several days, but that only happens for a short time each year). Our space was long and it was a concrete slab, but not much room between sites an no fire pi...

Fantastic quiet park in Cove City. Beautiful trees and well maintained sites. Very affordable at $25 per night which includes fire wood. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. Even gave us some corn for our bbq.

This review will pertain only to Site 75, since all facilities & activities were closed due to the pandemic during our 2-night stay. This is a nice KOA campground with typical features & amenities. They are still putting in sites, and some could use some work. Quite a few seasonal campers. Located directly on Blue Lake, Site 75 is waterfront, facing parallel to the water, and had one of the most ...

This is a great place to stay. Large spot with plenty of room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The site is very well maintained. The only complaint is the Wi-Fi only works next to the office. I used my MiFi and it worked ok, but the speed was only 1.5 mg and cut out a lot after 5PM.

Great difference from one year ago! The new owners have made several much needed improvements and one awesome one! This is a quiet campground a 10 miles south of Madras and 17 miles north of Redmond, with a variety of outdoor recreation opportunities in all directions. The new improvements include: a 5G WiFi tower in middle of park! You can stream Amazon Prime and Netfilx movies with no loss of si...

Very nice, well maintained campground with nice spacing between sites. Easy back in for our site. Pull through available. Due to Covid restrictions, the restrooms, pool, and similar facilities in the campground were closed while we were there. Multiple sewer connections on the site for those with multiple dump valves/pipes. No issues with the pedestal or quality of the electric.

We stayed 14 nights in a 40 ft fifth wheel on a back-in waterfront site. Oh MY!! This is a beautiful resort that is a mixture of permanent dwellings, permanent RVs, and rental sites. I knocked down the value rating by one star because OMG this place is expensive. However...in comparison to other parks in this area at this time of year this park is a great value. Most others are sandy and crow...

Great place! Heavily wooded. Level sites. Great staff. Close to Lake Livingston and Escapees HQ. Only an hour to Houston. WiFi is really sporadic. Weak and unreliable.

This is a great county park. They have 3 camping areas. We stayed in Campground A site 4. All the sites looked liked they would handle at least a 40ft rig. Our site was level and most sites looked that way. The campground was well maintained and all the sites are either on the water or have a great water view. The facilities were nice and clean. The Camp Host (Judy) was awesome and friendly...

This places is a hidden gem. We stayed two nights and we were the only camper in the park. Lots of hookups with water and electric. Massive pecan tree surround the park and there is a nice little stream where you can catch small perch and bass. There are some fire pits at a few of the spots and charcoal grills if you need one. Weather was perfect. Lovely stay. We didn’t pay because no one...

Camped here from April 16-18 and had a great time! We also experienced our first snowfall during camping and this place looked gorgeous when we woke up and took a golf cart ride around the park. There looks to be many activities during the warmer part of the season. The owner was very nice and super helpful. Sites are very level and full hookups are a plus.

I stayed at the park for Memorial day weekend and had a very nice and relaxing time. Obviously they did not have any activities during this covid nonsense but they did provide a very painless check-in, great store service, and a VERY clean park. I would have given it 5 stars but I did see some small littering on the long road back to the wooded area, shame on lazy people. Seasonals are very nice a...

This is a beautiful and clean park. It's fairly new, but super nice. Heated pool and "lazy" river pool. Concrete sites with full-hookups and palm trees at each site. We absolutely love it here. Beach access is right across the highway and you can drive your vehicle onto the beach. Golf cart rentals are right down the road. They have a pizza wagon onsite that serves delicious pizza on T...

Great little RV park, wooded and quiet. A couple trails that lead to Ludlow Falls. Also quick walk to a little gas station and little Mexican restaurant. We had a full hook up site tucked towards the back, some full timers and seasonal folks. Park is well maintained and the owner is friendly. Leave a message when you call, he’ll call you back. Will stay here again.

Well maintained park with great hiking trails and a large lake with plenty of fishing. We had a full hookup site and there is beach camping available. The management team is very friendly and helpful and do whatever it takes to make your stay enjoyable. Reservations are recommended as it gets quite busy. Good water pressure, sewer drain was conveniently located.
