Texas, West Texas, Fort Stockton, Fort Stockton RV Park. A good and peaceful place to stay overnight or longer. Level, gravel pull- through, with space to disconnect and park the truck. FHU 50 Amp, reliable though water pressure a little low. Space between sites, and grass, and a nice dog area for the pup. Their "Roadrunner Cafe" had a good chicken fried steak dinner-all meals are to-go these days...

This review is by a full-time RV’er, staying here second winter season, and potentially much longer due to Covid-19 crisis. The rate reflects a monthly rate in a 50A spot; 30A sites are about $100/month cheaper. Hard to write this as a single review, as everything changed in early March due to Covid-19. The physical aspects don’t change though: this gets to be a crowded campground in winter. There...

This Texas State Park is built along, guess what, Inks Lake in the Texas Hill Country. It is great for fishing (there is a LONG pier) and kayaking and the park rents equipment to do both! There is tent camping and RV parking with your choice of hookups. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and will lend a hand if you need help. Firewood is available for those nighttime campfires, but don...

This park was just exactly what we needed, as we take 1 night hops to home in Central Texas. A basic, well- maintained park, FHU 50A, cable, all reliable. Good wifi was appreciated. $26/ night after Good Sam discount. Easy to maneuver and park our 5th wheel in a pull through, space between sites, more landscaping grass than expected (more than at AZ resorts) for the pup. Would camp here again on ...

This is only 2 miles from our house, so we stayed here a couple of weeks while doing some remodeling. There are plenty of full-time residents here, and plenty of transients also. Everyone is friendly, the bathrooms are very clean (but not air conditioned or heated). Shower was large, clean, had plenty of hot water. The pull-thru sites up front (where most of the temporary guests are put) are prett...

We stayed here mid Feb 2020 thru mid March 2020. Family owned and operated - really friendly, helpful and nice family - who keep this older park clean and comfortable. Set in a residential area, so it's quiet. Campground is not far from I-26, so it's a good base camp for those who want to explore. We spent time in Spartanburg, Greenville, Asheville NC and even did a day trip down to Colu...

Very nice clubhouse with kitchen. Free live music a couple of nights a week. The pool was nice but too cold to swim in while we were there in early March. There are a couple of nice hiking trails and rock art to see, but there were lots of black flies that were very annoying but didn't seem to bite. This is also a dark sky RV park to see lots of stars.

This park is quiet and peaceful! It’s not too far from I 75 and it’s nestled right between Ocala and Gainesville! My wife had stayed here for close to eight months while in Vet school at UF and it was only a 25 to 30 minute commute. Very friendly staff and neighbors! This park is a decent mix of seasonal, full timer, and nightly guests! We were in lot L 28 which is a nice peaceful loop among num...

Great park. Really nice sites, friendly staff. Very clean. Beach across road is very pretty, great for walks and fishing, swimming. Nice quiet location away from big towns. Close to St. George Island St Park. Beautiful shelling and fishing. My only complaint would be that the pool is not heated. We will stay here again. Rate was discount for 1 month stay.

This is an unusual RV park in a beautiful place that makes it excellent. All sites are level cement very long pull-thru's with FHU-50 or 30 amp. All sites are in a row with grass separating the sites. In back of the row is a river and in front of the row is a beautiful park. Has laundry room and very good WIFI. Antenna TV has only a couple of stations and there is no cable. Verizon serv...

We got in the day before it was shut down from COVID-19. Everyone we came in contact with friendly as usual, just from a distance. Park office was closed, so the Rangers were going site-to-site to check people in. Under normal circumstances, the park offers many lake activities, including boating, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. Hiking is also on tap. We enjoyed visiting the boat ramp one night f...

New Mexico, Las Cruces, Hacienda RV Resort. Very nice RV Park, near I-10, but neither of us noticed traffic noise. FHU 50 A, pull through sites just long enough to unhitch. Blinds are built between sites on park side, with landscaping. Long dog run, 60 cable channels, average wifi speed (possibly due to Park only half full). This looks like a very nice place, but due to covid rules, all was clo...

The upgrades are great and they are still working on others. This park is beautiful with big lots and lots of shade. The lake is wonderful, we kayaked many times and it was so peaceful. The members were very warm and welcoming, there was a great sense of community. We will come back again.

Great park and great staff. Full hookups, cable TV, and decent space between sites. They do not have individual fire pits, only a community fire pit by the bond. The dog park is big and clean. It's a new park so the trees are still small. Restrooms are clean. It's about a mile from Lake Murray State Park.

This park is awesome! We were lucky enough to get in because of cancelations due to COVID-19! Awesome sites, beautiful views, and tons to do!

Very nice KOA with a small army of maintenance personnel. Grounds were very clean. Mail Service was well run with pick up between 12 and 2pm. They will deliver packages if they come after that. There is a Wal-Mart Supercenter 1 mile away and as mentioned a Tractor Supply within walking distance. Our 12 days here were spent hunkered down because of the Corona Virus but there are tons of fast fo...

This is a large park with huge variability in sites and price. There are both pull through and back in sites, sites in the woods and sites out in the open. Some are gravel and some are concrete. Some have patios with outdoor furniture. We opted for one of their more expensive sites at the top of a hill with a patio and small yard surrounded by flowering shrubs. It was very nice. This part of the ...

Unless your RV is parked in a campground or resort and hooked up to endless gallons of water (and a sewer hookup), this necessity of life is rather finite.
