Many businesses are closing indefinitely to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, including several campgrounds and state parks. Here’s what will remain open and temporarily closed in each state, but since things change quickly, be sure that you check their website and call ahead if you do plan on visiting.

Highly recommend! Only stayed one night passing through. Spoke with the office on the phone to make the reservation prior to our late arrival. Everything went smooth. The person I talked to was very courteous and professional. The park is a big RVers dream, this resort (not a campground) is easy to navigate the wide paved streets, has level concrete pads with patio & picnic table. The utilities we...

This RV park has been completely re-built since the hurricane. Any reviews from before should be thrown out (we stayed here before the hurricane and had to miss a year while they rebuilt.) The place is beautiful - all sites are good size but the Elite are extra large The pool and club house are very good The grounds have great landscaping The marina is well maintained, has a bait shop, rents wat...

Nice campground, lots to do at the park & Charleston of course. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

What a gem! I love 95% of our state parks. This one included! Wide open campground, spacious sites and with sewer hookups! The main loop seems to contain the FHU sites. No cable, but OTA channels tuned in (~20+). Site was level, asphalt, gravel around utilities, picnic table on concrete pad, grill & firering. We only stayed 1 night passing through on way home to shelter from COVID-19. Would love t...

This was our third visit to this park. We love to come here for the park amenities alone, but the location is great for many activities. Highlights at the park for our family are a year-round heated pool and a hot tub. If we get "free money" for staying at the park then we go to the casino and gamble it, but otherwise we don't have a lot of need for the casino. The RV sites are nearly ideal. ...

Great park friendly owners and staff. There open during all these National Park closing. They're big spaces, all pull through, have store, great hot showers, laundry. So if anyone is traveling near New Mexico, this park is open and they're not pushing up prices!!

I stayed 4 nights at 4 Lakes Campground in a 36’ 5th wheel. Making reservations online was easy. The websites shows a picture of each campsite, which is often useful. There was plenty of room to park while checking in and the check in process was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Maneuvering through the campground in the RV was easy and there were no concerns with overhead limbs anyw...

Beautiful area with Mt. Graham in the background, still with snow on top this time of year, and a lake for fishing. A hiking trail right off our campsite was a nice extra. There is also a lot of hiking from camping area to camping area. We were only here one night but I'd like to come back and stay longer.

Excellent park. Sites are paved and level. Tall mature bushes between sites give you privacy. Easy access to/from the interstate. Follow directions on the website, not your GPS for big rigs. Water pressure was 50lbs. WiFi is strong and good speed. Interior Roads are easy to maneuver even with a big rig. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! They are adding new sites that have 30 foot wide concret...

This is a lovely campground. It's a flat area set in a scenic area of the desert. There are close mountains to the southwest and west. There are more distant mountains to the north. This campground has three loops. The full hookup loop is the north loop just beyond the kiosk entry. We stayed here in site #51 which is one of four pull out sites on the north side of the loop. These sites are sp...

The campground has 287 50/30/20 amp service at all sites. Each site is able to handle 60' of length with plenty of space on the side. Multiple bathhouses and pit toilets around each loop of camping sites. The park offers multiple hiking and biking trails throughout its 3400 +acre property boundary. A beautiful lake is situated amidst the rolling hills and wetlands that abound.

I have been at Berry's Grove for 2 months and have had a great experience. Frank, Trish and Nick help out and keep this small family owned site clean. I love my morning view from my bedroom window! Power clean, pole wiring to connect to. Sewer hard PVC plumbing, easy to connect to.

Nice park with a nice lake and a nice golf course! Our side was side by side with a close neighbor, but it was "off" sides of both units, so no problem. Full hookups and a pull through site just across from the golf course.....just wish we had more time and could have played! The azaleas and dogwood are blooming and it is just beautiful here! We Would definitely return!

Premium site right on the river. Absolutely spectacular! Talked about extending our stay as we were still setting up camp.

I stayed overnight at Petersburg Campground in a 36’ 5th wheel. As with all rec.gov sites, making a reservation was pretty easy but it was pretty annoying to find someone else’s trailer set up in my reserved site. The gatehouse is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday so people can come and go as they please. If the gate was open daily maybe people wouldn’t be set up in someone else’s site that is clear...

This is the 2nd time we have been here. It is an awesome park. by far one of the best rv parks we have stayed at in the 4yrs we have been on the road. Very clean with lots to do. During the day there is fwy noise from 101 but we didn't notice it at bedtime in the RV. Only complaimt is that Verizon date is very slow. But the RV park WiFi was very good which made up for it. The price is a litt...

We loved our stay here. The employees are friendly, the grounds are clean, and the sites are spacious and shady. Our site had a patio, grill, chairs, and fire pit. They pick up your trash daily and even have some recycle bins - a big plus in my book. It's only a couple blocks from the ocean and the main strip of Myrtle Beach. We would definitely come back.

We stayed here for a night and enjoyed it. The interior roads are gravel and a little dusty but the animals made this a great experience. There was a miniature donkey and deer that were very friendly and made the stay great for us (my girls loved the animals). They also had sheep, antelopes and other exotics. The lake is very pretty for an evening sunset walk.

Great park. Lots to do if you want. Cleanest bathrooms we have ever encountered. Helpful desk. Hookups were fine and site was mostly level. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice county park. Our site was level and plenty long enough. There is enough distance between sites so you don't feel crowded. The OTA got all the local channels and the cell and data were good. There is a nice hiking trail and it's just a short hike to the Clay Mine. We got a couple of big rain storms but we didn't have any issues with flooding and the desert looked be...
