Rate estimated. Monthly is $550 + electric. This is my first review! XS12 is a great place for people to stay and enjoy the greater Austin area. Check in is a breeze. All the site are back in but wide and well marked so its no issue for the bigger rigs. Excellent WiFi. A great clean and FREE laundry room. An attached park with a stocked catch & release pond. And what I find best of all, it is loc...

We stayed at Azalea Glen for 3.5 months in our 5th wheel. The staff at Azalea is exceptional. The park is beautifully landscaped, thanks Kelly. Surrounded by towering sitka spruces and redwoods makes it a bit magical. Patrick's point state park is a short walk down the road. Patrick's point is on the coast with amazing hiking and views, along with harbor seals, sea lions and whales. The ...

Very nice campground with lots to do. Pool, sauna, three dog parks, nice people and great full hookup sites. The observatory presentation was a treat.

Stayed here for 5 nights on our way from Big Bend NP to Carlsbad Caverns. If you are looking for fancy this is not the place. It is a work in progress. But all the sites are level, pull thru with both 30 and 50 amp service. It is centrally located for all the attractions in the area particularly Fort Davis National Historic Site and McDonald Observatory. They have plans to add bathrooms and a laun...

$20 per night after factoring in Texas State Parks Pass. We stayed in space 232 -W/E. Nice, two lane Dump Station located inside park. Too many trees for satellite, but tons of OTA channels. AT&T data was just fine, Sprint was just OK. Awesome hikes all over the place. All the trails can also be travelled by bicycle. Spaces are well spread out and trash cans are always near by..

Stayed 3 nights (Site 6). Located about 30 mile north of Lakeland within the 5,000 acre "Green Swamp" area. Easy access, but not close to any amenities so pack accordingly. Family camp area has single paved loop, with very large, well-spaced sites surprisingly private despite little vegetative separation. Our site was dead level concrete (handicap), but all others were hard packed gravel pads incl...

This place is incredible - the night skies are so clear and so dark here, it's perfect for avid sky watchers. Kayaking and canoeing just around the corner on the Caney Fork River. No sewer hookups - only electric and water.

We went for the children's Mardi Gras weekend. They had lots of activities for the kids including a chicken run, mask making, a parade, and live music. The park is nice and wooded. We didn't get a pull thru spot but we did fit in a back in spot in the back (spot 325). We had a lovely weekend and really enjoyed the live music, especially during the day for the kids. There was also a band ...

Amazing campground! We usually don't care for KOA's, but we LOVE this one and go back at least once a year if not more. Just at the base of the Smoky Mountains and right on the Little Pigeon River. Sites 121, 122, and 123 are our absolute favorites but make sure you reserve very early 'cause these sites always go fast.

This park was fabulous. The most beautiful dump station in the country. It is in the middle of a cactus garden.

We have always wanted to try out this state park! We love how close the water is to the camp sites; however, they are very unlevel. We originally had site #78, but once we got to it I knew that it would not work. The rear tires of the motorhome would have to have been raised a foot up on boards. So we called the office and asked if we could have #79 (a pull-thru) and she said no problem. I st...

Nice, level pull-thru sites and even the back-in sites were spacious without intrusions. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Extremely clean restrooms and showers. Campsites are raked (!)

Amazingly beautiful and friendly motorcoach resort. The service here is outstanding - appreciated the help backing into our spot! Many activities onsite and easy access to everything Hilton Head offers. Lots of trees, but trimmed to allow for big rigs.

While it's not "full service", this is a nice, quiet & clean RV & mobile home park. We were here 3 nights to visit friends in Raleigh - easy to get to, even in 45' motorhome. Grass well established in open areas and lots of area to walk our dogs among the trees.

Spots are big enough to put our trailer with the truck next to it. Our trailer is a fifth wheel and our truck is a duely. Price was cheaper than in Vegas, it was $499 for the month. Laundry is on property but they only had three washing machines and one was broken but they do have a laundry facility open 24 hours right across the street. prices were about the same. Within distance of grocery stor...

This was an excellent park to visit. The campground has wi-fi/cable/ a pool and a hot tub all which are easily walked to. The campground picks up your trash every morning. When you check-in you a given a list of things to do in the area and how far they are from the campground. Had no complaints about this park and if I was ever in the area again I would stay here. The City of Perry has everythi...

Hidden gem on the way from Acoma Sky city (or Albuquerque) to Flagstaff. Absolutely gorgeous dark night skies! We will definitely stay here again when we are passing through the area! Only complaint about the pull through sites is The way the park is oriented power and water is on the opposite side of most motorhome and fifth wheel hook ups. This was not a problem for us, this is not a problem bu...

Loved this place. Wonderful hosts / owners. The upper sites are the extra fee. You "probably" need a 4 wheel drive to get up a couple short but steep hills. Gorgeous views and privacy. Franklin is cool little town close by. Cafe Rel is a must for excellent Italian food. Cash only. Spent 3 nights. Booked a week in the fall. Just great to get away and have views - peace and quiet. Clayton is cl...

We really enjoyed our stay. All the sites along the river have electric and water hookups and have a great view of boats passing by. There's no sewer hookup, but the dump station is very convenient to use. There was an employee at the window when we checked in, but he didn't know what site we were in (fortunately, I did). The park is very clean, has bathrooms and showers (not a lot of pr...
