This has to be the nicest campground we've encountered in Mexico. Owners are fabulous and accommodating. While campground advertises 30 Amp service, in reality there's a two-prong outlet with a 30 Amp breaker. Not designed to operate air conditioners. Voltage was observed at 137 v. Sewer and water stations are shared between two adjacent sites and as such one site will therefore have...

This is a very nice park with not a lot around it to do. Water pressure was very good. No bad taste that other reviews mentioned. Electric and water were good. WiFi was strong and good speeds. Owner was nice but keeps inconsistent office hours. Volunteer camp hosts were very nice and helpful. Landscaping was very nice. Roads and sites were in excellent condition. Everyone we met was very friendly ...

Very nice newer RV park. The park has all concrete pads with grass in between. Sites are varied. There are both pull through and back in sites. Some have an additional patio with a picnic table. All are pretty veg - both length and width. Lots of newly planted trees and shrubs. All very clean and well maintained. There is a good sized pool. There are also some sites with gazebos and BBQs. The ca...

This RV park is on exit 102 about an hour outside of Albuquerque going towards Gallup on I-40. We stopped here primarily to go see the Acoma Pueblo. This is a fantastic park very clean, well-maintained, and the staff at check-in were very friendly and accommodating. Great sewer connections. You will not need a sewer slinky for adequate drainage. They are no longer a Good Sam park but they do honor ...

Access to the park is good. Signage is good. Pavement all the way to the park as well as inside. Check in was quick, pleasant and informative. This park is “First come first served”. You pay up front and then enter the park and choose your site. All of the sites are nice. I think the pull through or the back in along the lake front might be the most popular but this place is so nice I would b...

We enjoyed our 2 month stay here in November and December. It IS true! After the 2nd night here, the interstate and train noise was not any issue at all. We kept a small fan going for white noise and slept very well. Don't let that scare you away at all. Very clean everything! Just immaculate. The heated pool and hot tub were very nice. They have an eat in grill there in the afternoon...

This was our first KOA and it was really nice. There were never more than 4 people camping there during our stay and it was very quiet. Doc, the manager was really friendly and I think he would do anything to make your stay enjoyable and trouble free. He is really an asset to this campground. He gave us a lot of good information about where to go and what to see. All the RV sites are pull-thro...

The marriage of a golf course and RV resort were lacking and long overdue. Madison RV & Golf Resort has found and filled the niche quite nicely! Surrounded by beautiful trees (trimmed up high enough for our big rig), the resort and golf course are just a 10 minute drive from I-10 making it a convenient stop and/or a fabulous destination for a long stay. While there are still more sites being devel...

Nice park. Beautiful lake. Lots of activities. Great biking and walking. Sites are dirt. Office has a few food items, souvenirs, ice cream, sodas., etc. We had FHU and everything worked well. Beware in rainy weather, some sites will get a lot of water. No raised pads. Felt really bad for the tenters across from us.

Clean and quiet RV park in a residential area of a small town near IH-10, but not on the highway. No Traffic Noise! Great for out of town workers looking for a nice place during an extended stay. Easy Hook-ups with concrete surround.

Primitive camping area in the dark side of the National Forest. Great for stargazing, hiking, 4 wheeling or just relaxing off grid.

Beautiful family owned park. Love the location between the two bridges. The park is pet friendly and very clean and safe. Looking forward to returning in the spring of 2020.

Always a delight! Best state park we’ve ever been to! We return every year because Topsail is that good. Plan ahead, reserve in advance. There’s a reason this CG is always full - everybody loves it!

Large, gated park with over 150 FHU sites with cable and picnic table. Sites are a mix of gravel or concrete back in and pull-throughs. The park also has a separate tent camping area with 22 tent sites, and another area with park model style cabins/bungalows. They have made some improvements since our last stay two years ago, namely taking out many of the deteriorating and unlevel concrete slab...

Nice sized sites, lots of green. Right on the water, great for boating or kayaking. Not a large park, some walking trails but not great for bikes unless you go out on the highway (wide bike lane but highway biking just not my thing) easy back in sites only a handful of pull in.

A nice quiet park on the banks of the North Llano River. The park has recently changed owners and it shows; lots of improvements including great free wifi, free cable, and expanded full-hookup sites. Close to the Interstate without the noise. We heard about this place from a friend - came here for a few days and stayed the whole month. We will definitely return. NOTE: Formerly Junction North Llano...

We were visiting Acadia National Park for 4 weeks Sept-Oct and couldn't get a reservation on the island, so we stayed here. The seasonal/permanent area is very shady and pretty, the transient area is a large open field. The sites are a little close together, but very, very long so you can offset a little from your neighbors. Relatives stayed here a couple of years ago and their neighbors were...

It is an absolute must for those who don't mind to dry camp for a few days. Certain sites have generator hours and others don't. Not many big rig sites over 40 ft. Our RV is 35ft and we had lots of space for both RV and tow vehicle. Sites are well groomed and parking is on cement pads with a cement pad for enjoying sitting out side. Between the potential hikes, daily briefs from the...

Stayed 1 night in a 22' Class C / no toad, last week of September. This is now one of my favorites KOAs. I understand now why a friend from MO would spend his summers working here. Friendly and efficient staff - mostly teens/young adults during our stay. Got us checked in quick, and helped with purchasing propane the next day. An older style KOA, but that is a good thing. They still have a go...

This is a very nice RV Park. Spaces vary. Larger sites near the pool cost more. Also some sites have paver patios and more privacy. They also cost a little more. All sites are back in and are ample for a large motor home and tow, and have a patio area. Pads and patio are concrete or paver. Landscaping is well maintained and there is a lot of open space and water features. They have even retired s...
