Shopping for a motorhome or towable RV should be an exciting time. Finding that perfect home on wheels to live in or simply spend weekends enjoying should be an adventure, not a grueling ordeal that finds you ultimately settling for something that’s “good enough” just to avoid trips to multiple dealerships that have a limited selection, limited purchasing power, and higher prices.

Office staff are very helpful and accommodating. Easy to find our site. Lots of seasonal residences and everyone is very welcoming. Lots of activities. There are three pools that are spotless and very well maintained. The parks are large and very accommodating for our four legged family members. Lots of trees and flowers throughout the park. Sites are a very nice size for our extended visit. The p...

We have stayed before, twice. It is the only really nice RV park in the San Diego area. The park is always going to close because it is on land leased from the Port of San Diego and there will be a large development built on the property. The rumor is that they will be closed after September, but they have "closed " before and then reopened because the Port wasn't ready for the land yet. Anyw...

Berry Springs RV Park is a very nice large RV Park located north of Georgetown, Texas off Interstate 35 North. They have large pull though gravel sites with concrete patios. Sites are spacious with some shade. Typical sewer connection with no issues, stable 50 amp service. They also have back in sites available as well. Their rates are very reasonable and we stayed here for month while visiting fa...

Palm Creek Golf and RV Resort is truly an RV resort unlike others who claim to be. Outdoor activities include golf, lawn bowling, tennis, softball, several swimming pools and 32 pickleball courts, even hot air balloon rides launch from the park. Indoor activities include many dinner shows held in a large ballroom, silver smithing, pottery making, sewing, a carpentry shop and many more activities w...

The streets are wide and spots long enough for my full size 3500 and 35' 5th wheel. They have done something I wish more parks would do which is to place driver side against driver side so that every two sites come in from the opposite direction. This way when you step out of your trailer/motorhome you're looking at the other persons door instead of seeing their sewer line. Lots of grass...

Spent two weeks here in January - second time staying here. GREAT place and close to the strip - reflections from some of the hotels will sweep over the campground at sunrise! Staff was friendly and mail service was excellent for several items we had shipped in. VERY CLEAN and well kept, security patrols keep things in check if there is a problem but we didn't see anything needing particul...

Bring your cowboy boots and hat. Rancho Oso Thousand Trails is a beautiful historic horse ranch/campground near the Los Padres National Forest. Nestled between Santa Barbara and Solvang off Hwy 154, Rancho Oso is a lovely campground with a western feel. Reviews said the road was only one lane with nowhere to pass. The road is a narrow two-lane windy road and it’s slightly more than a mile from Pa...

Deal was buy 4 nights get 3 free. Would stay at the park forever, it is so beautiful. Facing the pacific ocean, no better view, beach is feet away (except at high tide where there is no beach.). Clubhouse has great showers, bathrooms, pool table, telephone (no cell at the remote site) and laundry. Beautiful grounds and nice people running it.

we had a spot on the bay, beautiful view out of the front (head in sites), located within walking distance of old town shops, restaurants. Good utilities, wifi, bathrooms not the greatest, but passcode protected. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This is a great State Park. Very friendly staff, very spacious sites, full hook-ups and cable at some sites. Lots of trees. Nice store, and playground. Not much around so bring everything with you. Definitely will return.

Not including a nightly rate as we stayed for 3 months while we were purchasing nearby property. This was our absolute best RV experience. The view is gorgeous. The site is quiet and peaceful. You really feel like you are out in the woods. The club house and well appointed and showers were immaculate. The WiFi had great bandwidth. There was no cell service, but internet calling worked perfectly. W...

Friendly staff, roomie sites, great historic places to visit. We enjoyed our stay. Our site was level, had good power, water pressure and easy to connect sewer. Camp was quiet at night and had good patrol. Plenty of television stations, good cell phone connections. The hiking trails while not long are both interesting and well maintained. The host campers were knowledgeable and helpful. Make sure ...

Most expensive campground we stayed at all you, but this is a case of location, location, location. The campground does, however, also offer some nice amenities, including concrete sites with patios, full hook-ups, a friendly staff, modern shower houses, a pool and hot tub, dog park, and a club house. Site was perfect for us, a level, short back-in with utilities at the rear. All were in good w...

We had a great visit to Ventura KOA. We were close enough to LA without being in the city. Usually about 45 to 1 hour drives during non rush hours. Get ready for peacocks everywhere!! The site was level and secluded with trees. Only one day we didn't have power, but we were fine.

The finest RV resort we have been in. Wanted to see what a premium site was like and it was premium! Full kitchen with grill, stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, frig and ice maker. Dining table and chairs. Sofa and lounge chairs. All well done. These are owners sites that rent out when not occupied so all would be slightly different. Landscaping was impeccable and gave every site some lush privac...

Amazing Lake View site! Read other reviews that said to ask for Lake View site and glad we did! Hook ups on both sides so in a motorhome can face the lake by pulling in or trailer back in so living window faces the lake. Sites are angled so that while others are fairly close, you don't see much of them. The fire pits seem a little close to the next RV though.

Sites are level. Closer to water and shopping. Hosts are very friendly and this will be our go to spot when visiting Branson. The dog run was very clean and had an agility bridge set up for exercise. Loved sitting in the docks and watching the water. Also, they have 2 trolley stops in park.

WiFi very week and cuts off, not consistent. Multiple channel cable. Several sites would have sat treed obstruction. Park has 2 spurs empty, winter Texans. No pool. Spotless facilities. I had requested a waterfront site, there was one the entire week we were there but they said it was rented. Staff nice. 10 minute drive to town, HEB, boutiques, lots of activities. Our rate was a rally rate $47.50...
