O'Leno State Park - High Springs, Florida

My wife and I stayed at O’Leno State Park for our 2019 Thanksgiving break. WOW! I was expecting a beautiful park but what we saw was better then either of us could have imagined. We arrived about 2:30 p.m on Saturday and stayed until Monday morning. This was the first trip in which we stayed more then one night. Raleigh Oaks RV Resort - Four Oaks, North Carolina

This park is a real gem whether it is a stopover or an extended stay. It is accessed easily off I-95. Most sites are pull thru with full hook ups. We were in site 202 near the front, which is considered a Deluxe site. The sites were more spacious than most campgrounds with plenty of length for both my tow vehicle and 42' 5th wheel. I did not have to unhook the rig. The campground was eas...

Riverside RV Park - Ruidoso, New Mexico

Park was nice and quiet. Restrooms/showers where kept clean.

Fontainebleau State Park - Mandeville, Louisiana

Our site, 76 was in the north camp ground and was a back in. It consisted of a crushed rock base covered by ground up asphalt. It was not evenly spread and it was only so so level. Utilities were 50 and 30 amp power and water located at the left side. We had a rough table and a very rusty fire pit . The sites were nicely spaced. Internet was good early in the morning or very late at night. OT...

Fort Pickens Campground - Pensacola, Florida

Great park for those who want to camp, hike, fish and, or play in the surf. And then there’s the fort. Such great history. So cool to explore. One of the best beaches I’ve ever been to.

Tower 64 Motel & RV - Trinidad, Colorado

I spent a week at Tower 64 during the winter. The place is quiet and has amazing views of Fishers Peak. The Wi-Fi connection was decent but perhaps that’s because I parked near the router. The manager was extremely helpful. The neighbors seem to speak highly of him as well. One nice neighbor even helped me get the slide out for my Pace Arrow 37A extended after checking the electrical connections. St...

Bogue Chitto State Park - Franklinton, Louisiana

Very nice and quiet this time of year, the people here are friendly and very helpful, park is clean and well maintained, roads can be flooded during rainy seasons especially in lower RV, only had to do minimal leveling to our trailer, we camped in the upper RV area this trip, for photography, the park is perfect especially for astrophotography at night, will keep this park on my favorite list

Nice campground. Well kept. Large beach with playground and ample docking. Dogs are welcome to swim at the boat launch. Good fishing. Enjoyed walking the dog along the campground roadways to the forested tent sites and cabins. Campers and hosts were very welcoming.

Texas Freedom RV Village (formerly Eagle Ford RV Park) - Gonzales, Texas

This is one of those little known sites, that are very comfortable is quite and laid back. The sites are gravel. The roads are an asphalt gravel mix. All sites are full hook up.
