Great place to stay close to Vegas and hiking, as long as you don't mind dry camping. Don't expect cell or wifi - you can drive back up the hill to get excellent cell service.

Songbird is a brand new park that I'm glad to see, because this is an area where there aren't many RV options! I have some acreage nearby but it's so rough that I can't get my 34 ft travel trailer into it, plus I would have to boondock anyway. So this is a great place to stay for me when I want to spend more than one day at the land. Songbird has 50/30/20A electric service a...

My wife and I are staying here for 10 days visiting family. We picked this place due to its location near Vail, AZ and the reviews on this site. I'm not disappointed. The sites are gravel and fairly level as I was able to auto-level my 5th wheel without having one side of the trailer being lifted off the ground. There's a concrete pad next to the trailer with a picnic table and really ni...

Friends recommended this resort to us and I am so glad they did! We picked a grassy non patio site. The grass sites are very lush and beautiful. We felt like there was a good amount of space between us and our neighbors. There was trash pickup every day at 10am - even on Christmas day. The staff is all very nice. They put together a big Christmas Eve dinner where they provided the ham, turke...

This is a beautiful campground. We stayed in a back in site along the outer edge at first and we preferred that spot because it was a little more private. All of the sites are roomy and you don’t feel on top of your neighbors. The park is very quiet. We heard coyotes every evening in the distance. We heard an owl one night, too. The rabbits are GIANT. The ground squirrels are elusive and cu...

Someone recommended this park to us and we are so glad they did! The sites are all dirt so it has more of a camping feel than a resort feel. We put down our carpet to help keep down the dirt inside the RV. We stayed in the upper loop - the sites that back up to the rocks were booked so we got a spot in the middle of the loop. The views are still pretty but those sites that back up to the rock...

Park was great! It had a nice pool and jacuzzi. The activities director and handyman helped us a great deal. Watched over our RV when went back home for holidays. Highly Recommend.

Great campground. They only have a few camp sites that are full hook up. Then the rest are water, electric, and cable. They do have a dump station on site which was handy. We have stayed here twice. Once in our travel trailer and once in one of their cabins. The owners and the staff are great. There is beach access to the lake which also has a designated swim area with a water trampoline in it. Th...

Great place for the price. After paying around $47 a night for a state park in Savannah it was nice to find this place with full hookups and 50 amp for $30. And the owner was a joy. Pure southern hospitality at it's best. For these two reasons I am giving this place 5 stars. For the campground itself, I would give 3 and a half to four stars because of site size and road noise. As all other re...

This is one of the best maintained parks on the west coast. 15 acres to Roam. Beautiful walking paths to walk your pets. On hand, a bocce ball court. Are horseshoes are regulation also. Clean and easy to hook up. Plenty of room! You will not regret staying at this beautiful park.

This attractive park has two separate campgrounds which are four miles apart. This review is for the Pine Grove campground (where we stayed), which has two camping loops and is the best section for big rigs. There are 90 FHU back-in sites with fire ring and picnic table. Sites are gravel, double wide and spacious, but vegetation (i.e. privacy) is lacking since it is fairly new. Interior roads ...
