Daingerfield State Park - Daingerfield, Texas

Great park! We stayed in the Dogwood Loop #28. It is a back-in site, and our 35' trailer barely fit. The rest of the site was very spacious, with no close neighbors. The grounds were super clean and well maintained. The bathrooms and showers (at least in the Dogwood Loop) appeared to be recently remodeled and were very clean. The sewer connection was a little bit elevated, but no proble...

Twin Lakes Camp Resort - Defuniak Springs, Florida

A very nice park and a friendly and helpful crew. We would have enjoyed it more if it didn't rain most of the time we were there. Our rig didn't fit well into the first site they put us in so they gave us a list of the others we would fit in and let us choose one. It was a small upgrade and cost $17.00 more for our three-night stay and was well worth it. We had a great lake view. The fre...

LaVista RV Park - Alpine, Texas

As a very outdoor family of three, that full-times in our fifth wheel, this is our favorite place in all of Texas. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. We stayed here for over a year, while I worked in the area. Our all inclusive monthly rate was $420, for a 50 amp. You’ll have amazing mountain views all day every day, not found anywhere else in Texas. You’ll regularly see deer, turkey, ja...

St. Augustine Beach KOA - St Augustine Beach, Florida

This was a beautiful and tranquil park. It was just off of the highway but there was no road noise. The sites are pretty close to each other, as with most KOAs, but they were roomy. Their sites are all a good length and we didn't need to disconnect our trailer from our 40-foot motorhome. The small lake was nice and if the weather had been better we would have rented a paddleboat. This is a gr...

Cowboys & Angels Retreat - Mountain Home, Texas

They have cabins up front and have it set up like a little town with a courtyard. An above ground pool, hot tub, little bar area and just getting their store setup and going. They have white tail and axis deer, Watusi bull along with antelopes. RV sites are clustered together in groupings of 2 to 3 and somewhat level it looks like a work in progress. A grill and picnic table for each cluster. E...

Toledo East / Stony Ridge KOA - Perrysburg, Ohio

The young campground owners were Hands-On at the park. They were friendly and very nice. They were working on campground improvements. The park was clean, quiet, easy to get to, more than enough room for a 34ft class A. I would tell everyone to camp there if they get the chance, it is only a short way from the expressway, and within 6 miles there is EVERY STORE you could ever want. Give it a t...

Carolina Pines - Conway, South Carolina

This is a resort like no other. Once you have checked in and escorted to your site you have everything you need. The campground has lots of amenities for your enjoyment, exercise room, billiards, yoga room, Mini bowling, Putt-Putt course, 3 pools (to include an indoor, a lap pool, Jacuzzi) camp store and a water park for the kids. There is even a private beach location with a pool. All sites have ...

Gulf Waters RV Resort - Port Aransas, Texas

Great RV resort. Beautiful sites, very large, with concrete and decorative pavers. Many have Palapas. Boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. Drive your golf cart, car or RV onto the beach. Fishing. Heated pool. Very friendly people.

Paradise By The Sea RV Resort - Oceanside, California

Although we only stayed one night to try out our new rig, we can't wait to get back next weekend. I can't say enough about Paradise. Although it's between the Coast Hwy and the RR tracks, there was no noise! It's quiet, pristine, the pool and spa are great (cold but okay) and the gate leading to the beach is really a short walk. The beach is wonderful, too. The internet isn...

Catalina Spa RV Resort - Desert Hot Springs, California

We love wintering in the Palm Springs area. We had heard a lot of great things about Catalina, and their odorless mineral hot spring fed pools and hot tubs. So after a one night stay in October, we made plans to spend a whole month here in Nov-Dec. We were not disappointed! This place is quiet and peaceful; surrounded by mountains and open land. Yet only a 25 min drive to the action, restaurants, ...

Strawberry Fields For RV'ers RV Park - Chiefland, Florida

This is a brand new park. The hosts are very courteous and helpful. Upon arrival we were escorted to our site. All sites are currently pull through, just long enough for our 45' 5th wheel and TV. There is also plenty of overflow parking if needed. They have expansion plans to add some back in sites sometime in the future. All sites are paved with F/H 50 amp service. Sites do not have patios, ...

The Orchard RV Retreat - Lake Country, British Columbia

This was a gem of a park. It is a small campground on a property with a large home and apple orchard. The owners are very nice and they taught us all about apples. They even let us taste apples right off the tree! There is a steep hill coming into the park as others have mentioned but it wasn't bad. We had a prime spot in the front overlooking a field and the lake. There are a few spots...

Fisherman's Cove RV Resort - Palmetto, Florida

We stayed at Fisherman's Cove for a couple nights the week of Thanksgiving in one of their new Bayview Paver Super Sites. Brand new electrical pedestals. Gorgeous views and a great site. Waterfront heated pool with a hot tub. Nice fishing pier that lead out to the Terra Ceia Bay along with a boat ramp. Nicest RV bathrooms/ laundry area we have ever encountered. You could tell they were rec...

Crown Villa RV Resort - Bend, Oregon

Really loved our stay. Nice area. Quiet. Gray field to talk a walk with our dog.

Bow RiversEdge Campground - Cochrane, Alberta

This campground has beautiful landscaping and we loved the grass we had next to and behind our back in site. Our site also had tall and thick shrubs on each side so it felt very private. We were able to sleep with our blinds open. We were on the far end of the park away from the office but we have a wifi booster so we were able to pick up the wifi and the internet worked fine. Our neighbor cou...
