Great park! We stayed in the Dogwood Loop #28. It is a back-in site, and our 35' trailer barely fit. The rest of the site was very spacious, with no close neighbors. A very nice park and a friendly and helpful crew. We would have enjoyed it more if it didn't rain most of the time we were there. Our rig didn't fit well into the first site they put us in so they gave us a list of the others we would fit in and let us choose one. As a very outdoor family of three, that full-times in our fifth wheel, this is our favorite place in all of Texas. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. This was a beautiful and tranquil park. It was just off of the highway but there was no road noise. The sites are pretty close to each other, as with most KOAs, but they were roomy. Their sites are all a good length and we didn't need to disconnect our trailer from our 40-foot motorhome. They have cabins up front and have it set up like a little town with a courtyard. An above ground pool, hot tub, little bar area and just getting their store setup and going. The young campground owners were Hands-On at the park. They were friendly and very nice. They were working on campground improvements. This is a resort like no other. Once you have checked in and escorted to your site you have everything you need. The campground has lots of amenities for your enjoyment, exercise room, billiards, yoga room, Mini bowling, Putt-Putt course, 3 pools (to include an indoor, a lap pool, Jacuzzi) camp store and a water park for the kids. Although we only stayed one night to try out our new rig, we can't wait to get back next weekend. I can't say enough about Paradise. We love wintering in the Palm Springs area. We had heard a lot of great things about Catalina, and their odorless mineral hot spring fed pools and hot tubs. This is a brand new park. The hosts are very courteous and helpful. Upon arrival we were escorted to our site. All sites are currently pull through, just long enough for our 45' 5th wheel and TV. There is also plenty of overflow parking if needed. They have expansion plans to add some back in sites sometime in the future. All sites are paved with F/H 50 amp service. This was a gem of a park. It is a small campground on a property with a large home and apple orchard. The owners are very nice and they taught us all about apples. This campground has beautiful landscaping and we loved the grass we had next to and behind our back in site. Our site also had tall and thick shrubs on each side so it felt very private.
