Clean, small campground where the owner is constantly working on upgrading and improving sites and amenities. This Summer, he put in some nice patio sites and upgraded sites that once were just grass to have gravel pads. Our gravel, back-in site was nicely level so we didn't require any blocks under our jacks. As with most KOA's, the sites are close together. There are a mix of RV sit...

This park was so great. The staff was extra helpful with any question we had. The amenities all worked well. We were next to the Columbia River that was so beautiful. So close to many attractions and Portland. Troutdale is a really cute town. We were happy to find this gem and definitely will stay again.

We camped here after Thanksgiving and it was our first time to Borrego Springs with our trailer. This place is top notch. We will be definitely coming back. There is a lot to do, from golfing, sightseeing, off roading and even a lil' fishing from the surrounding water around the golf course. The rec center has plenty of activities for everyone and two nice dog runs. The camp hosts and staff a...

This is a great park. It sits right on the channel where the ocean meets the St. John's River and immediately next to the docks where they tie up the Navy ships. On any given day you can watch Navy ships, cargo ships, fishing boats, pleasure boats, and/or cruise ships go in and out of the channel. The park is spotless clean, and well run. There are 2 dog runs right on the water's edg...

This is a very nice campground that is conveniently located for visiting the Smoky Mountains. It does have some tight turns getting through the park, and our site (121) was a little difficult to get backed into with the trees. Once parked, it was very nice! We were right on the river & had a nice patio and fire pit. The campground is very well maintained. They were cleaning out the fire pit and bl...

This was our very first trip in our new RV and the perfect spot for it. We were a little scared about backing up our 31 ft RV so we selected a pull thru and it worked out great. The staff were so helpful and I think knew we were newbies. Our site was on a curve with woods behind so our dogs loved it. Full hookups and all worked well. Very clean with three different areas for RVs. They had a fire...

Just an overnight stay but definitely would have stayed longer. Host couldn't have been any nicer, and after-hours check-in was great because the owners live above the office and are happy to welcome late visitors. Park was very clean and orderly. Swimming pool was heated. Showers were free which is not the case in many of the campgrounds in that part of the country. Wifi was available at...

This place is incredible. Remember folks, we are reviewing rv parks here, not penthouse hotels. That being said, this is an incredible rv park. It's on the beach, the spaces are big, there's a bar, the store has tons of stuff at reasonable prices and even ice cream which was tasty (I got the Nutella ice cream). There's also motel rooms at this park so you can invite your non rv frie...

Having read about this place for so long we were excited to visit and camp here for a night. Located just up the hill from the town of Lone Pine, it is easily accessible and do not need 4-wheel drive or even a high ground clearance vehicle, though you might to get to some of the more remote locations. Finding a suitable site was fairly easy on a weekday but could be challenging on weekends during ...

Park is family owned and operated and they are very helpful with getting setup. Very quiet and super clean. Cable and WiFi available. It's located on a dead end street so no traffic noise. Sites are all back-in but plenty of room to maneuver a 40ft fifth wheel. Each site has a picnic table and BBQ pit in a grassy area behind the pad area. Stayed here for 4 nights would definitely stay ag...

Well laid out, absolutely top notch in every aspect. HUGE spaces, all 4 slides and awnings our, with plenty of walking space between rigs. Clean electric, great Wi-Fi...and true “Southern Hospitality “ staff. Huge dog walk around the perimeter with many opportunities for walks or bike rides. When parking in a pull-thru, sort of “spot” yourself halfway between the pedestal, and the sewer cap. Other...

Super nice campground. We stayed during Thanksgiving and the campground provided Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and pies. Staff served everybody. We were escorted to our site. Garbage is picked up 2 times a day at the site. We had a concrete pull thru that was about 75 feet long. Some are gravel. Roads are asphalt and easy to maneuver. All the staff are super nice. No cable TV but over the air...

Awesome stay due to awesome management and staff. Amenites were fantastic as well as weekly activities. Happy hour, weekly dinners in Recreation Building. Management and staff provided a Thanksgiving brunch with Turkey, Ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and wine. Guest provided pot luck dishes.
