Let me start by saying that we avoid RV Parks if it all possible. I would rather Boondock to be stacked on top of each other. However, traveling in Texas in the heat with two small dogs, that is impossible. Having said that, this park was nothing like that. Every time we went into the very nice common area and restrooms someone was cleaning. Maintenance is being done all over the place every day....

The park was clean and well kept. Things look like they had been updated over the last several years. Many of the sites are in direct sun with minimal shade. I’m guessing they lost a lot of shade the Emerald Ash Borer that has devastated Ohio. We are not boating people but prefer to hike. The trails are well marked and maintained. The real gem is the Stone House Museum. It is a must visit. ...

As everyone else says-- this resort is WONFERFUL! We arrived and parked and went from a two day stay, to four, to a week! Loved our time here- the area is beautiful, the staff was wonderful, the sites are big and easily navigated. Love the cookout and ice cream social. Sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous! We loved the entire area and would never hesitate to stay there again!

If you love horseback trail riding this is a great place to go! We have been going to this campground for the last seven years and will continue to go every year. We love the trails and they always change a little each year due to winter weather and logging. They all have awesome views and varied terrain. We call the gravel road to the campground "the never ending road". It has been upgraded r...

Our first visit here, our site was in the tree area, shaded, branches all cut high. A nice clean well taken care of campground, utilities well positioned, good water pressure and cable TV channel selection. Our site was level, had nice width and we weren't cramped. Interior roads seem narrow but it wasn't hard at all to navigate with a 40' fifth wheel. Great location for Chincot...

This park is so peaceful and really clean. We have a small rig with a wet bath, so the facility showers are important. These are probably the cleanest I have ever used. The park is quiet and the staff are very friendly.

Love Oregon State Campgrounds! Always well maintained and very friendly staff. Stayed in Section A this time really nice site, just water and electric. Was able to set up satellite here and great cell service. There were even some wild turkeys that visited every few nights! Will stay here again. Only one thing to know is that the parks are very popular and you need to get a site well in advance. S...

Wonderful small park in a beautiful setting in the Black Hills. The owner could not have been nicer, keeps the campground well groomed and covered with flower pots. Access to the Mickelson trail is right behind the campsites. We really liked our site which backed onto the pretty creek.

Loved it! Easy to find, right off the highway. We arrived late and found our spot easily. We stayed in site 10, the last site in this row, our site facing Kuskanax creek. Sites are spacious, easy to maneuver with a big rig, graveled and level. Murphy’s Landing is a park-like setting with lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and gazebos scattered throughout for your use and enjoyment. The campgro...

This campground is first come only in mid September and we were lucky to find a site late on a Saturday afternoon. However, the site (22) was perfect for our 32 foot motorhome. Everything was very clean. There is plenty of room between sites. The views of the mountains were awesome and it was only a short walk to the lake. The sites have a lantern holder, picnic table and fire ring. Our site was a...

We stayed in the Cedar Loop, electric only. We have a Parks Pass so didn't have to pay the daily fee, just the camping fee. We were only staying 1 night, so didn't need FHU. Cedar Loop only has about 15 sites, but all of them would have fit our 32 foot MH. Our site (58) was mostly level. Electric worked well. No cell service. Short walk down to the lake, maybe 50 yards. Site had a shelte...

This is a great place, clean, friendly and very quaint. We're in site #5 the best one for viewing the falls and Gorge. Highly recommend this place, there's not that many sites, reservations in the summer are a must, we are here in September and booked just yesterday and got the best site in place!

The services here are excellent. The WiFi is fast and stable. The sites are very wide but all gravel and asphalt. Water pressure is good. Call and make a reservation a week before and they will hold a site for you. They don't charge your credit card and you can change the method of payment when you check in. Credit card, cash and check are accepted but there is an additional fee for credit ca...

This is an absolute gem of a private park on the outskirts of Roswell. It is small, well maintained, well groomed and with no trash lying around. It is easy to get to from Route 285. There is one road that loops through the park from entrance to exit. The road is hard packed gravel, no potholes, no overhanging trees, absolutely smooth. The owner/manager of the park is fantastic and when you f...

We live in Arkansas and have camped at several of its State Parks, Lake Fort Smith ranks right up there in the top 3, if not number 1. This is a great park with nice trails, marina, pool and visitor's center.

Very clean park. Well spaced sites and most offer plenty of shade. Short walk to private beach area on river. Very quiet and lots of nature to enjoy. Very nice staff. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Cherry Hill on family vacation to the DC area. Can you hear 495 traffic moving along from your campsite, yeah, especially from the 1700 loop we were in, does it take away from the campground, NO. We had an awesome site with plenty of room, more amenities that. You could shake a stick at, and the customer service is too notch. Everyone from the front desk, to the person that helps w...

This is my favorite campground ever! Started going here 50 years ago as a child with my parents and this year took my grandchildren and hope they will continue the tradition for the next generations! Timberlake has been owned by the same family for all these years and the concern and care for the property is obvious. Their sites are more than spacious and most back up to a mountain stream that ...

Great family owned park. We stayed on a grass spot that required minor leveling. No issues with electric/water/sewage. (Did not use park restroom/shower facilities). Nice walking path along the canal. Mature trees provided plenty of shade. Friendly staff. No WiFi available through the park. We travel with a Verizon jet pack in case of no/poor WiFi. It worked great. We will stay here again!
