L.L. Stub Stewart Memorial State Park is a prime basecamp for whale-watchers, trail-blazers, and outdoorspeople of all types.

Our spot was level pull through full. We arrived after 7 pm and JJ met us in the office, checked us in and led us to our spot.

Smaller campground but outstanding service. Rodney made sure we made it to our site and even guided us in.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of May. This is a beautiful oasis on the water. There are some nice paths for walking the entire park ...

Our pull-through site was very nice ... Very few campers when we were there at the end of October...

Easy check-in. Friendly office staff. Big rig friendly, we didn't have to unhook our tow vehicle to pull in and park.

Nicely treed and dog friendly. Rick and his Golden Retriever Dixie are glad to greet you and the staff are super accommodating.

We stayed here for 3 months (August, September, October). Top notch! Friendly staff, clean facilities. Many amenities. Spacious, level sites.

Huge parking lot that rarely fills up. No hookups, so gen or solar. Plenty of room to walk dogs (please clean up after them).

We stayed six nights. The view from our campsite was incredible. We saw birds and javelina.
