This is our go-to spot for a long weekend. It is only an hour away. The sites are large and a lot are shaded. It is on Lake Eufaula, but the lake is not swimmable due to alligators. You can stay overlooking the lake with electric and water, no sewer....

Very clean, highly secure, great services, large sites and the most friendly staff. A little expensive though. $60-$70 per night would be the proper cost.
